Becoming a Member
Albany Yacht Club is now accepting membership applications. Membership includes an initiation fee, annual dues, and a required commitment of volunteer work hours throughout the year. As a working club, AYC relies on the active participation of its members to help with events, dinners, cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and many other club activities. These volunteer hours are an important part of what keeps the Club affordable, welcoming, and community-driven, while also providing a great way to meet fellow members and become involved in the life of the Club. Benefits include:
- Frequent social activities year round, including Friday night dinners, Wednesday evening happy hours and many holiday parties
- Substantially reduced dock fees
- Reduced fuel prices
- Reduced drink prices
- Unlimited access to the clubhouse and grounds, including the ability to rent the clubhouse and deck for events.
